John O. Parker, Jr. Hall is a development for seniors 55 years of age or older located within the Centerville Section of the City of Camden.  The plans call for the development of 77 low-income one and two bedroom apartments within a four story mid-rise building.  The apartments will feature bamboo flooring, ceramic tile baths, wall-to-wall carpeting, air conditioning, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
